PAEROA OFFICE TO BE CLOSED.
DECISION AT SUPPLIERS’ MEETING
At a convener’s meeting of suppliers to the N.Z. Co-operative Dairy Co., Ltd., at Paeroa yesterday, it was decided to remove the staff of the Thames Valley branch, .at Paeroa, to Hamilton, practically forthwith, and close the Paeroa office. It is understood that these results were attained by a large number oV conveners in the Thames Valley not receiving notices to attend the meeting at Paeroa in time to oppose the move, the result being that the majority of suppliers from Waihon and Morrinsville who attended the meeting were able to carry the proposal.
