THAMES VALLEY V. HAWKE'S BAY. THE THAMES VALLEY TEAM. In connection with the Rugby match Thames Valley v. Hawke’s Bay. to be played at the Paeroa Domain on Saturday, September 25, advice has been received that the Thames Valley team will- be chosen from the following :— Breks.—Costello (Plains), Towers (Piako), S. Goldsbury (Piako), H. Stoupe (Piakol), McLeay (Waihi), Thorne (Piako), Malt (Waihi), Arkle (Piako), Gilpin (Waihi), Masters (Paeroa). Forwards. —F. Goldsbury (Piako), Ycu-'g (Piako), F. Patterson (Paeroa), McLaren (Piako), Robinsoin (Paeroa), Cleave (Plains), McPherson (Plains), Pe.acocke (Wa,ihi), W. Taylor (Paeroa), Keohan (Waihi), W. Crimmins (Waihi).. The abovementioned players will assemble at Paeroa oh Thursday morning next for the purpose of going into active training. ; REFEREES FOR TO-MORROW. The referees for the Rugby games to be played to-morrow have been selected as follows: Sepiors>, West v. Netherton, Mr F. Pivott; juniors, Karajigahake v. The Rest, Mr T. C. Arnold: third grade. Mr E. L. Shaw.
