GAIETY THEATRE PICTURES. TO-NIGHT. WHAT HAPPENED TO JONES. In “What Happend to Jones,” which is to be shown to-night, Reginald Denny impersonates a, women for several important sequences. Being a master of all the manly sports, an athlete, yachtsman, a,nd expert racing driver, the star had an awful time in trying to perfect his characterisation. But Marian Nixon, his leading lady, <sme to the rescue, and gave him several hours’ instruction in the manly a.rt of being a woman. That she is a good teacher, or Denny a good pupil, is evident on viewing the scenes on the screen. TENNIS CLUB’S SOCIAL. TO-MORROW NIGHT’S FUNCTION. Lavish preparations are being made for the Lawn Tennis Club’s annual da.nc®, which is. to take place to-mor-row evening in the Gaiety Theatre. The social gatherings held by the Tennis Club are possibly the. most popular of the season, and to-morrow night’s function will be looked forward to with interest..
