OBITUARY.
MR. KIRI TUKUKINO. k
News was receive.d at Paeroa yesterday that Mr Kiri Tukukinp had passed away at Levin late,on Wednesday night. A son of the late Hunia : Tukukiho, deceased was born at Paeroa about years ago. After completing his education at the Paeroa and Thames high, schools he joined tlie .clerical division plf the New Zealand Railway Department, and gained rapid promotion betfore being forced to, resign on account of ‘ill-health after ten years’ service. Deceased then went farming d.t 'Komata for a couple of years, and later joinied th© field staff o® the Public Works Department. About ten months ago his health,became worse/and.he went to Levin, hoping that the change, of climate would assist him. Deceased always took A keen interest in sport, particularly Rugby football, and was a familiar player for the old Kbmataf and later the East 'senior clubte,ams, ,a.nd had also represented Paeroa-. A widow and five young children" are left to mourn their loss.
The 1 , body is being brought to Paeroa, for interment. z
