GAIETY THEATRE PICTURES. TO-NIGHT. THE LITTLE GIANT. “The Little Giant," which is to be shown to-night, is a very humsn drama, and concerns an egotistical youth who got the idea that he was a Napoleon of the business world and too good to associate with the old man who had been his benefactor from babyhood. He gets in with a fast crowd and, believing that hisi apparent failure is due to his being a poor “mixer,” he mixes with a vengeance. SATURDAY NIGHT. THE NECESSARY EVIL. In “The Necessary Evil” picturegoe.rs to-morrow night will find a story that is different from the usual run of love stories. It (is the story of a stepfather and' stepson contesting for the hand of the slame girl. And interwoven with the thrills, love interest, pathos, tragedy, and comedy of the. .ta.le is a theme dealing with the effect of inherited tendencies. Ben Lyon, as the stepson, gives one of his best performances, and Viola Dana, as the girl in the case, is excellent.
