Morrison, £125 6s, costs £6 10s ; Brenan and Co. v. P. Allen, 6s, costs 13s ; F. J. Wells and Son v. J. Martin, £4 Ils 7d, costs £1 3s 6d ; Brocket and Shand v. H. R. Springall, £l5 10s sd, costs £2 Ils ; C. N. O’Neill v. H. J, Teitjens, £2 11s 3d, costs £1 5s 6d.

JUDGMENT' SUMMONSES. H. Mitchell was ordered to pay Benson and McClinchy £2B 8s 5d and costs, £1 Ils 6d forthwith, in default 28 days’ imprisonment. M R. P. White >vas ordered to pay F. M. Winstone., Ltd., £26 Ils 9d forthwith, in default 26 days’ imprisonment ; warrant to be suspended so long a.,s debtor paid 10s a month on the last day of June, July, and August, and then £1 a month until the full amount was paid.
