INDUCTION OF REV. J. LOUDEN, SERVICE AT PAEROA. ■ ■. . ■ ■'On Wednesday evening the Presbytery of .Waikato met at St. Andrew’s Church, Paeroa, and proceeded to the induction of the Rev. John Louden, late of the Morningside church. - The Rev. M. C. Gibb, of Huntly, preached air appropriate sermon, which was attentively listened to and appreciated by a large congregation. The iriterim-Modera,tor, the Rev. J. A. Ryburn, then put the prescribed questions from the. book of order of the, Presbyterian Church, and the right .hand of fellowship was given by the members, of the Presbytery.’ The addresses to minister and people were given by the Revs. J. D. McFarlane (Waihi) and A. C. Hampton (Matamata), respectively. : At the close df the service the session clerk, Mr J; H. Mclntyre, cordially thanked the Rev. J. A. Ryburn'for his services to' the congregation as interim-Moderator during the vacancy and handed him a cheque as, a token ot gratitude. ;Mr and Mrs Louden were introduced to tnbse present, and a pleasant social, hour was spent together. Mr Louden commences his ministry next Sunday.
