We all know how it fiels to have. “Luck”' against us when we. are particularly in need of it, and knowing that abject feeling when the other fellow gets the “break” on the game, we can all very well, appreciate the humour of the situation. With that idea in mind Johnny Hines conceived the idea of making a feature production upon the human foibles tha,t put so touch faith in “Luck.”
