And in the meantime and until the said premises are erected, that the, Certificate to be applied for in respect of the said proposed premises shall if granted apply temporarily in respect, - of premises adjoining known as the late Paeroa Borough Council Chambers, situate in Wharf Street, Paeroa, the said Paeroa Borough Council Chambers being part of the Royal Mail Hotel licensed premises.
