WARDEN’S COURT.
SITTING AT PAEROA.
(Before Mr J. H. Salmon, Warden.)
The following mining transactions were dealt with by Mr J. H. Salmon, Warden, at a short sitting of the Warden’s Court a,t Paeroa on Monday :— ' A certificate of protection for six months on the McDonald S.Q.C. No. 9428 was granted to- the Imperia) Gold Mining Co., Ltd-, Paeroa, subject to th'e payment of rent due. , A similar certificate for six months oi? the Golden Zone S.Q.C., No. 9054, was granted to S. A. Shaw. The N.Z. Crown Mines C 0.,, Ltd., was granted 12 months’ protection on the Crown Mine S.Q.C,, No. 597, in terms of the Minister’s consent, and also on the Earl of Glasgow S.Q.C., No. 9057.
The .application of Richard Craig for protection over the Rawiti S.Q.C., No. 9275, was recommended to’ the Minister for Mines.
A z license for a residency site on block 1., section 46, Mackaytown, area 1 rood 20 perches, -was granted to Mrs Julia Gaze.
Arthur D. McGuire' was also granted a residence site license over Block 111., section 6, Mackaytown, area 1 rood 13 perches. ■ ,
The surrender by Reginald T. Senior of residence site No. 9039, Mackaytown, was accepted.. ..
