PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH.
MINISTERIAL VACANCY. CONGREGATION TO MEET. By the translation of the Rev. R. Morgan to the new charge of Hamilton East the Charge of Paeroa and the outstations between Waikino and Netherton has become vacant. The formal declaration of the vacancy was made by the Rev. J. A. Ryburn, interim-Moderator, at the. morning service on Sunday last. Steps may now be taken by the local congregation to fill the charge, and it has been arranged to call a. special, meeting to that end on Wednesday, February .10. Paeroa is an important town, and should attractive field of labour for an energetic minister. It is hoped that no long period will elapse before a settlement is effected. The Rev. John Lowden, of Morningside, will fill the pulpit on the next two Sundays'.
