PAEROA CLUB’S TOURNAMENT.
FINAL GAMES TO BE PLAYED.
There was a, large attendance at the Paeroa Lawn Tennis Club’s courts on Saturday afternoon, when the cfl'ub handicap tournament was played as far as time would permit. The courts were in excellent playing order, and the various games were entered into with enthusiasm. Tiie final games, are to be played next Saturday. Following will be the order of play : — A Grade.—'Men’s Singles: Semifinals, C. Hennings v. S. Hamilton. Ladies’ Singles : Miss J. Ellis, v. Miss L. Thorp ; Miss I. Taylor v. Miss V. Shand. Men’s Doulbes: Miller and v. Wells and Leach. Ladies’ Doubles': Misses,. M. Couper and J’. Thorp v. Miss J. EiHis and Mrs Pitts ; Misses L. Thorp and A. Argali v. Misses I. Taylor and V. Shand.
B Grade.—Men’js' Singles : A; Gr,ant v. J. Rowe. Ladies’ Singles: Miss 1. de Castro v. ‘ Miss A. Morland; Miss M. Rosenfeldt v. Miss I. Masters. Ladies’ Doubles: Mieses I. Masters and D. Carrick v. Misses E. and L. Vincent.
