INTERESTING FIGURES.

RETURNS FOR 1922 ELECTION. HOW OHINEMURI VOTED. As was to be expected with the near approach of the general elections, our files have been frequently perused to see ,the figures recorded last election for the respective candidates for the Ohinemuri electorate, Messrs S. S. Allen (Reform) and H. Poland (Independent Liberal). We publish below the official list, and no doubt many keen students will desire to compare them with the results of the present election.

There are this time 48 palling places in the electorate—two' more than last election. There aye three new ones—Waitawheta, Upper Waitawheta, and Waihi Beach. The one polling place omitted is Mackaytpwn, and in this election Karangahake or Paeroa will serve the ejectors "who voted at Mackaytpwn three years ago.
