PERSONAL.
Mr W. E. Ward, postmaster, Paeroa, is a.t present on annual leave. Mr W. J. Cryer, of the Te Aroha post office, is acting postmaster at Paeroa. His Worship the Mayor (Mr W. Marshall) and Mr P. E. Brenan (ehairman of the Finance Committee) left Paeroa for Wellington last night on business connected with the ough.
