GAIETY THEATRE PICTURES. - to-night. THE MYSTERY OF A HANSOM CAB. “The Mystery of a Hanspm Cab,’ which will be shown to-night, was written by Fergus Hume some forty yeans ago, and has been brought to life on the screen with an entirely modern dressing. It depicts, in moot convincing manner, social life in our great cities, and deals intimately with life in the lowest slums. The produc- . tion is beautifully mounted and admirably acted. Arthur Shirley, as Brian" Fitzgerald, the hero of the story, gives a perfect portrayal of a most difficult character, his acting being on a par with the leading screen stars of the world.
