thirty-six and a half years from the date the loan is obtained. 4. That such loan shall be repayable by way of a sinking fund of One pound (£1) per centum per annum on the amount of the loan.
5. That the interest on such loan shall be at such rate not exceeding so much as may be authorised by the Minister of Finance under Section 11 of “The Finance Act, 1921.” 6. That the Council doth hereby make appropriate and pledge as security for the repayment of the said loan and the interest, sinking fund, and other charges thereon a special rate of one-fifth (1-5) of a penny in the pound (£1) on the rateable value of all rateable property (on the basis of the unimproved yalue) within the County of Hauraki Plains. (C) That in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it under and by virtue of a warrant under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General dated the 27th day of March, 1925, .published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 23, page 998, dated the second day of April, 1925, and under the authority and’ by virtue of the provisions of “The Public Works Act, 1908,” “The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913,” and “The Counties Act, 1920,”. and amendments thereof respectively, and of all other statutes, powers, and authorities it thereunto enabling, the Hauraki Plains County Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order as follows . 1. For the purpose of providing the Hauraki Plains County Council’s share of the cost of constructing a bridge, together with approaches thereto, over the Piako River at or near Tahuna, which bridge is more particularly described in the said warrant under the hand -of His Excellency the Governor-General, the Hauraki Plains County Council hereby authorises the raising of a loan of £l4OO. 2. That the loan be called “The Maukoro Deviation Bridge Loan, 1925.” 3. That the currency of the said loan shall be a period of thirty-six and a half years from the date the loan is obtained. , 4. That such loan shall be repayable by way of a sinking fund of One pound (£1) per centum per annum on the amount of the loan. 5.
