DRUIDS’ LODGE.
Bl ANNUAL INSTALLATION. The bi-annual installation of officers in the United Ancient Order of Druids, Star of Paeroa Lodge, was held in the Druids’ Hall, Paeroa, on Tuesday evening. District President Bro. AV. H. Lloyd. No. 10 district, acted as installing master, and was ably assisted by P.D.P. Bro. J. T. Brown, Master of Ceremonies.
The following brethren were installed as officers for the Star of Paeroa Lodge. No. 18, for the ensuing term : A.D., Bro. P. Angle ; V.A.D.. Bro. A, F. Keighly; A‘.D.B„ Bros. AV. Cranch and AV McCullay ; V.A.D.8., Bros. J. Mackay and L. Gibb ; I.G. Bro. L. C. Cane; 0.G., Bro. E. Edwards; M.S., Bro. J. T. Brown ; secretary, Bro. W. Turner ; treasurer, Bro. F. E. Flatt; auditoi, Bro. E. V. Slyfield.
After the installation ceremony a lengthy toast-list was gone througn and a happy couple of hours were spent in song and story. A large number of brethren assembled to- take part in the proceedings ,nciiiding the priiieiial officers of the Loyal Jubilee Lodge of Oddfellows, Paeroa.
