THAMES ELECTORATE.

A PLAINS CANDIDATE. INTERESTS OF LIBERAL PARTY. At the last meeting of the Ngatea branch of the Farmers’ Union a resolution was carried expressing dissatisfaction with the present member of Parliament and deciding that the branch should look round for a more able representative. The name of Mr W. E. G. Willy, of Piako Road, Turua, was mentioned as a suitable man, and instructions were given for him to be approached. Mr Willy has consented to stand in the Liberal interests at the next election.
