THE DOLLY VARDEN.

ICE CREAM AND FRUIT DRINKS. AN UP-TO-DATE ESTABLISHMENT. An innovation, so far as Paeroa is concerned, is to be found at the Dolly Varden. Belmont Road, Paeroa, five doous from the railway station. A pure fruit juice and soda fountain has been installed, to provide wholesome and guaranteed pure and refreshing drinks for the summer. The fountain is the only one of its kind at present outside Auckland City, and the proprietress, Mrs R. B. Dunlop, is to be congratulated on her enterprise in providing for the public a long-felt want. As only guaranteed pure fruit juices, frde of all chemicals and mineral matter, are used, the drinks are not only cool and refreshing, but, being so pure, are decidedly beneficial to health The Dolly Varden has also installed an up-to-date ice-cream manufacturing plant, which is electrically driven. Only whole milk and fresh cream are inted in the manufacture of ices, and the public can rely on receiving only the purest and best. A comfortable room has been fitted out where choice fruit drinks, many varieties of sundaes. and delectable ice-cream may be obtained. Mrs Dunlop is in a position t(. supply ices to the trade, and also to dances and social evenings. You are cordially invited to inspect the novel machinery' working under hygienic conditions, producing only th'e purest and most wholesome preparations.*
