HAMILTON STOCK SALE. The Farmers’ Co-operative Auctioneering Co., Ltd., reports: In the Frankton yards on Tuesday last we had a good entry of beef, fat and store pigs, a fair yarding of (Store cattle, and a small number of fat sheep. Prime ox and heifer beef drew keen competition throughout the sale. The specially advertised line of 45 prime fat cows and heifers sold in conjunction averaged £l2 16s, prices ranging from £ll to £l5 10s. All classes of store cattle met with a ready demand, fat sheep sold well up to late rates, fat pigs (Showed a further decline on the previous week, and a slight drop in store pigs was noticeable.
