Mr R. Sprague, manager of the Thames Valley Power Board, is at present in Paeroa. Mr J. Couper, who has been in 111healtb for some time, left for Auckland yesterday with Mrs Couper. It is hoped that the change of climate will prove beneficial to Mr Couper. Mr H. F. Baufe, Hamilton manager for the Auckland “Star,” was in Paeroa tc-day making arrangements-,tor the appointment of a local agent for the “Star” in place of Mr J. Couper, who has resigned owing to ill-health.
