MONDAY, AUGUST 4, 1924. (Before Mr J. H, Salmon, S.M.) At the Magistrate’s Court, Paeroa, before Mr J. H. Salmon, S.M., judgment for plaintiff by default was given i>n the following cases : Hare Bros. v. J. Hill, junr., £4 19s, costs £1 Ils 6d ; Francis Battson v. J. F. Montague, £ll 4s, costs £2 14s: \V. W. Little v. J. Kotara, £4 4s, costs £1 14s 6d. JUDGMENT SUMMONSES. W. G. Allen and Co. v. J. L. Hanna, £3O 10s Id, casts £1 Ils 6d. Payment ordered forthwith, in default 30 days’ imprisonment in Auckland Gaol, warrant not to be issued until September 4. Trade Auxiliary Co., Ltd., v. J. L. Hanna, £22 Ils, costs £1 Ils 6d. Paym.nt’ was ordered forthwith, in default 22 days in Auckland Gaol, warr.ant not to be issued until September 4. Smeeton’s, Ltd., v. J. L. Hanna, £9 17s sd, costs 15s 6d. Payment ordered foithwith, in default nine days’ imprisonment, warrant to be suspended until September 4. The catsc of M. Quane v. Brett Publishing Co., Ltd., was discontinued on the application of plaintiff, and costs amounting to £22 10s Id were awarded defendants.
