ENTERTAINMENTS
TO-NIGHT. PADDY THE NEXT BEST THING. A double-star programme will be shown at the Gaiety Theatre this evening, when one of the most wholesome comedies of the day will be screened. Mae March, who returns to the screen after an absence of two years, is featured in this picture, Gertrude Page’s delightful story, “Paddy the Next Best Thing.” The other star; picture is Tex Rickard’s presentation of the world’s heavyweight championship contest between Dempsey and Firpo, This was one of the greatest battles in fistic history. Doors will be opened at 7.15 p.m , and the programme Is timed to commence at 8 o’clock sharp.
