A CHAPTER IN HER LIFE! “A Chapter in her Life,” which is to be screened at the Gaiety Theatre to-night, is the story of a little child, grand-daughter of an embittered millionaire, who, introduced into a household split by family strife, by her innocence and optimism works a miracle and brings happiness to replace hate. Its deep heart-interest L enlivened with artistic touches of comedy. Claude Gillingwater plays the part of the millionaire grandfather, embittered by years of hating. Little Jane Mercer, playing the title role of “Jewel,” is convincing in action —f or she seems to live the part rather than act it. Among those in the cast are Jacqueline Gadsden, Frances Raymond, Robert Frazier. Eva Thatcher, Ralph Yearsley, Fred Thompson, and,Beth Rayon.
