With Cortez in the cast of this splendid ccmedy are Jacqueline Logan, leading woman in the featured role ; Charles Ogle, Clarence Burton, and other screen players of note. ODDFELLOWS BALL. THURSDAY NIGHT. Given reasonably fine weather tomorrow night the success of the local Oddfellows first masquerade ball, to be held in the Gaiety Theatre, Paeroa, will be undoubted. Every effort is being made to provide an enjoyable evening, and no expense is being spared to make the function a memorable one in Paeroa. The Morrinsville jazz band has been engaged for the occasion, and the supper arrangements have been entrusted to a local catering firm. Valuable prizes have been offered for the best dress, most original, and most fiumorous, and it is anticipated that some novel fancy dresses will be seen. Spectators will be admitted upstairs for a nominal sum, which w'ill Include supper.
