Dick Rakena for a balance of £1 0s 7d an order for payment forthwith was made, in default 24 hours’ imprisonment at Paeroa. In J. Bertelsen v. I. Rawhi Rawhi. £lO 13s Bd. debtor wt s ordered to pay forthwith, in de fault 10 (lays’ imprisonment in Thames gaol. Costs amounted to 30s.
