BOWLING.

PAEROA V. HIKUTAIA. On Saturday afternooji six rinks from the Paeroa Bonding Club paid a visit to Hikutaia and took part in an inter-club match. The weather conditions were ideal during the early pa’t of the afternoon, but before the nmtoh was finished heavy rain fell and the games had to be suspended for awhile until the rain passed over, when '.he match was completed. The local players are loud in their praise of the hospitality of the Hikutaia club. The green was in good orde' 1 considering the weather conditions, and altogether a most enjoyable afternoon was spent.
