Mr A. G. Al gar, Bridge Inspector, Public Works . Department, Auckland, is at present in Paerpa on business in connection with the repairs to the Criterion Bridge. Mr D. W. Dunlop, advisory inspector. to the Education Board, Auckland, is at present visiting Paeroa on educational matters affecting the district.
