Pivo.tt winning the tournament by a narrow margin. -On Boxing Day a similar tournainent was held which again attracted ten pairs. The day was ideal for bowling, and a thoroughly enjoyable day’s ,sport was indulged in. On this occasion Messrs J. Pinder and H. Morland were the winners. It'is unlikely that there will be any held on the local rinks jPtturing New Year, as the Paeroa club is Sending four full rinks to Te Aroha to take part in the bowling tournament to be held on New Years Day and the two following days. Of ■■■the four rinks from the local club ' which will be taking part two are ■ considered strong combinations, and it is anticipated that they will give !
