THE CHRISTMAS JOINT.

F. J. WELLS AND SONS. The Christmas joint is not “just an ordinary joint,”, but something which is looked forward to for weeks. Therefore, it is well worth your while to buy carefully. You may order in advance from this firm, with every confidence, because it is the regular custom that they value, and therefore desire to prove their value in the meat supplies. Once again Messrs F. J. Wells and Sons are making a special feature of catering for the Christmas meals, and patrons can rely on receiving prime lamb and meat of all kinds tender and true to name. The premises have just been thoroughly renovated and painted throughout, and this, combined with hygienic cool storage conditions, assures patrons that they will not only receive the bes,t of goods, but that they will be as fresh and wholesome as it is humanly possible to have them. This firm’s motto it, “Quality, Cleanliness, and Civility,” and no efforts are spared to live up to it. Your Christmas dinner will be much nicer if you get your joint of lamb, mutton, beef, or veal, spiced beef, or pork from Wells and Sons, but there is one thing that is respectfully asked of patrons, and that is to hand in their Christmas orders early, and the firm can then be sure of supplying the best and primest meat in the district.
