WEDDING AT KOMATA.
WATT—PATTERSON. A quiet but pretty wedding took place in the Komata Hall on Wednesday, November 7, when Kitty, second .daughter of Mr and Mrs R. Patterson, of Komata, was married to jack, youngest son of Mr and Mrs Watt, of Ellerslie, and late of Whangamata. The bride, who was given away by her father, was charmingly attired in a pale blue crepe de chine frock, and wore the customary veil and orange blossoms. She carried a beautiful bouquet of white roses and asparagus ferns. The bride was attended by her sis,ter, Miss Eileen Patterson, and her npice, Miss Alice Joyce, both wearing pale pink organdie frocks and Leghorn hats, their bouquets being of pale pink rases. The bridegroom was supported by his brother, Mr Bruce Watt. The ceremony ■ was performed by the Rev. Father Dunphy. After the ceremony the bridal party adjourned to ithe supper room, where about forty guests were entertained to breakfast The hall and supper rooms were beautifully decorated with nikau palms and lillies, the work of friends of the bride and groom. The happy couple left later by car for Te Aroha, en route for Auckland.
