Public Notice*. COUNTY OF HAURAKI PLAINS NOTICE OF INTENTION TO BORROW Loan of £28,600 for the construction of Bitumen Roads in the Horahia Riding Special Rating Area. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN 1. That it is the intention oi the Hauraki Pl ain s Council under the provisions of “The Counties Act, 1921), -imLocal Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913,” and amendments thereof respectively, and all Other Acts (if any) it in that behalf enabling to borrow the sum of £28,600 for the following purposes: a. Improving, metalling, and laying down as a Bitumen Road, the Turua-Kopuarahi Road (sometimes called Piako Road) a distance of approximately 170 chains. iPtfav b. Improving, metalling, and laying down as a Bitumen Road Orchard East Road, a distance of approximately 280 chains ' ” £7620 c.
