WARDEN'S COURT.
WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 3, 1923., (Before Mr J. H. Salmon, Warden.) The following applications were dealt, with at the Warden’s Court, Paeroa, on Wednesday last: T. M. Shore and A. W. Green, certificate for protection for three months on E.K.C., No. 9246.—Granted. S. A, Shaw, certificate for protection for six months on Golden Zone S.Q.C. No. 90541.—Granted in terms of Minister’s consent as from August, 6, 1923. The following surrenders were accepted :— P. Ryan, residence site licenses Nos. 9093, 9094, . 9095, 9096. S. A. Shaw, Kapai S-R.C. No. 8444, was accepted subject to payment of rent. F. J. Butcher, portion of residence site license No. 9'274. The following reductions of rents were granted:— Ratliff (2) and Morris, reduction of rent 2s 6d per acre for twelve months on S.Q-C. No. 137. Lloyd,. Sheehan, and Party, reduction of 2s 6d per acre for twelve months on S.Q.C. No. 208. The application for a residence site on section 39 Waitekauri, area two roods, was granted to Mrs M, JPaepfcer.
