Jonas, £1 4s, costs £1 10s 6d. C. V. Cro,sby vG. Howard, £3, costs £1 3s 6d; J. Bertelsen v. G. Wilkinson, £34 2s 6d, costs £4 6s 6d, W. D. Nicholas Ltd. v. G. W. Wildish, £l4 17s, costs £2 14s. D. W. Robson v. P, Pirika, £3 0s 2d, costs £1 12s 6d; Paeroa Borough Council v. G. H. Kuhtz, £33 10s 7d, costs £4 11s 6d. In the judgment summons case, Hare Bros. v. W. J. Bowling, £3 10s, payment was ordered forthwith; in default eight days’ imprisonment in Hamilton Gaol, the warrant to be suspended so long as debtor paid 10s per week, first payment on October 10. 1923.
