OUTPUT FOR AUGUST. GRADING AVERAGES. The following are the grading averages of the N.Z. Co-op. Dairy Co., for butter and cheese, as graded at the Government Cool Stores during the month pf August:— Ngatea butter factory, grading average 89.67 ; butter made, 535 boxes superfine, 1070 boxes first-grade. Paeroa factory, grading average 89.01; butter made, 75 boxes superfine, 697 boxes first-grade, 12 boxes second-grade. Netherton cheese factory, average grading 88.75 ; cheese made, 138 crates first-grade. HiWtuaia cheese factory, average grading 85.88 ; cheese made, 71 crates first-grade, 106 crates second-grade. The highest butter grading in the company during August was obtained by the Waitoa factory, with an average of 89.99. Honours in cheese went to the Aka Aka factory, with an average grading pf 90-31.
