POST OFFICE SITE.

SELECTION MADE. THE TRIANGULAR SECTION. At last night’s meeting of the Paeroa Borough Council the Mayor, Mr W. Marshall, said that he’was very pleased to convey to the Council from the membei" for the district the information that the triangular section behind the band rotunda had been chosen as the site for the new post office. Negotiations were proceeding with the landowners. The. information was received with acclamation. The Council resolved to write to the Under-Secretary,| Post and Telegraph Department, congratulating him on the site chosen and expressing the hone that the post office would be bu'lt as early as possible.
