ELECTION OF DIRECTORS. NOMINATIONS RECEIVED. Nominations have closed in connection with, the annual election of those directors of the New Zealand Co-op. Dairy Co., Ltd., who retire by rotation. RETURNED UNOPPOSED. Northern Ward.—Mr Claude Motion. . Thames Valley.—Mr George Buchanan. CONTESTED ELECTIONS. For the western ward Messrs T. O. Blackett (sitting member) and ChasParker (Hairini) are nominated,, and for the ’ south (western ward, rendered vacant by the resignation of Mr E. Banks, Messrs H. Rollett (M'a.tarnata), W. H. Allen (Tirau), D. Bruce (Waharoa), and H. J. W. Sbuthee (Walton) have been nominated. The election takes place early in August.
