OBITUARY

HON. SIR WILLIAM FRASER. Just as we were going to press a wire was received stating that the Hon. Sir William Fraser, K.C.V.0., a member of the Executive Council, had passed away at Wellington. The flag at the post office was flown half-mast as a mark of respect for the deceased.
