MAGISTRATE’S COURT.
MONDAY, JULY 9, 1923. (Before Mr J. H. Salmon, S.M.) At the Magistrate’s Court on Monday judgment by default, was .given in the following cases: D. A. Vincent (Mr Porritt) v. J. Froberg, alias Jack Nelson, claim £23 13s Id, costs £3 Is ; W.' Marshall (Mr A. Gorrie) v. A. P. Gardiner, £3 8s 9d, costs £1 9s 6d. JUDGMENT SUMMONSES. . The following judgment summonses were made: S'meetons, Ltd., v. P. Shine, claim £l5 16s lid. An order for payment forthwith was made, in default 15 days in Thames Gaol, warrant to be suspended so long as debtor paid £4 a month from date. W. M. Sorensen (Mr Porritt) v. R. Neild, claim £25 7s 9d. An order for payment forthwith was mafle, in default 25 days in Thames Gaol. Paeroa Engineering Co., Ltd.,' v. W. -Roigard, claim £2l 2s 4d. After hearing the defendant in this case the Magistrate said he could not make an order.
