Department the gramo- ? phone record containing an Empire Day message to the children of New .Zealand from’ Their Majesties, the King and Queen. Owing to the gen- • erosity of Mr F. E. Flatt, who has loaned a large La Gloria gramophone - for the occasion, the Royal messages ■ on this record will be delivered co . the children at the school on "Monday next at 10.30 a.m.„ and parents and friends are cordially invited to be • present. Should the weajther be wot • on Monday, Major Andrews has kindly granted the use of the-Drill Shed.. In addition to reproducing . Their Majesties’ messages other, patriotic records will be used. The Royal message is said to be very clear, His ; Majesty’s voice being very distinct.
