CAPITOL PICTURES.
NGATEA AND NETHERTON. “ONCE TO EVERY WOMAN.” Every element that goes to make a perfect picture has been provided in “ Once to Every Womah," which is to appear at Ngatea to-night and at Nefherton on Monday night. The cast is a superb one,, and includes Dorothy Phillips and Rodolf Valentino (hero of ” The Shiek.”) The picture tells the story of Aurora Meredith, the eldest daughter of a blacksmith’s family, whose home is the village of Pleasanton. Because of her good looks and sweet voice Aurora is the family pet. Phineas Scudder is a village boy, for whom the sun rises and sets according to Aurora’s moods. Aurora’s attitude towards him is that he is good enough to buy her soda until someone more presentable comes along. The graduation of her high school is a triumph for Aurora. She is the unchallenged star of the occasion. A wealthy New York woman, realising the promise of a great future in Aurora’s voice offers to send her abroad to have her voice trained. Aurora’s experiences after she leaves her home town for the city is a great finish to a great picture.
