PERSONAL.
Mr H. G. Wright. Commissioner of Police, paid a brief official visit to Paeroa yesterday. Mr L. E. Martin, of the local Public Works Office, has been transferred to Arapuni as draughtsman in connection with the hydro-electric undertaking. . Mr W. G. Murray, Inspecting Engineer of Roads for the Public Works Department. was in Paeroa on departmental business during the week. Mrs Aitkinson has been transferred from Kaitaia to take charge of tho drapery department of the Preroi branch of the Farmers’ Union Trading Co., Ltd.
