BOWLING.
Arrangements are well in hand for the bowling tournament to be ’held during the Easter holidays on the local rinks. A pairs competition will be held on Good Friday and Easter Monday, entries for which close with the secretary at the rinks this evening. On Saturday the usual “roll-up” will take place. The Goldfields Stars will n.ot be competed for oy the local club at Matamata next Saturday, as was previously arranged.
