CENTRAL THEATRE PICTURESTONIGHT. OUT OF THE SILENT NORTH. The great silent places of the North have been cast for a leading part in “ Out of the Silent North,’ Frank Mayo’s latest Universal production, which is to be screened this evening. , The picture has a background of scenic beauty rarely shown upon the screen. Towering mornitains rear their hoary heads above the snowy filled valleys ‘in which the action of the photoplay takes place. The changing seasons Put a different aspect upon the'setting of the picture. Amid these splendours of nature a simple tale is unfolded, a story of the true nobility with which the Creator had endowed an ignorant frontiersman.

SATURDAY NIGHT.

GO AND GET IT. For to-morrow night has been secured Marshall Neilan’s sensational melodrama, “Go and Get It.” One of the most daring aerial stunts ever registered by the motion picture camera occurs in this picture. The young reporter, by dashing aero plane, speeding express train, scooting seaplane, and churning ocean liner, traced the great mystery through perilous ways and paths fraught with danger, fighting, struggling, battling with air, water man, and beast, he pursued the story—and he got it!

NGATEA AND NETHERTON. , THE WONDER MAN. Georges Carpentier, the French world war hero and champion heavyweight boxer of Europe, will be seen in “ The Wonder Man ” at Ngatea tonight and at Netherton on Monday night. “ The Wonder Man,” while giving the star an opportunity to demonstrate his agility, grace of action, speed and boxing science- in the roped circle and the gymnasium> is predominantly a society picture presenting the French celebrity in the role of a gentleman who moves about amid gorgeous settings in the unfolding of an interesting story. There is no blood in this picture and there is no thunder. Instead you will find a gentleman playing his part in most creditable fashion and lending to an interesting story the support of a winning and remarkably attractive pel - sonality. The supporting cast, led by Faire Binney represents an array of carefully selected talent. To this strong cast is added the beauty of rare and gorgeous settings in which colourful surroundings and beautiful gowns vie for supremacy. And with it all runs a story of romance and mystery which is sure to keep your interest fully roused from start m finish.
