' ~ ■ SPECIAL LOAN FOR £60,0'00 FOR CONSTRUCTION OF HARBOVR WORKS I PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Thames Harbour Board proposes to raise a special Loan of £60,000 for the purpose' of constructing Harbour Works at Thames. The Loan is to be raised over the Thames Harbour District at a rate of interest not exceeding Five Pounds Ten Shillings per centum per annum, with a provision of a Sinking Fund of One Pound per centum per annum for the repayment of the loan. Such repayment to be by instalments extending over a period not exceeding thirty-six and a half years. The Security of Interest and Sinking Fund will be a special rate over the several Districts comprising the Thames Harbour District, according to the following Schedule Thames Borough, a rate of 26-100 of a penny in the £. Paeroa Borough, a rate of 1-40 of a penny in the £. Waihi Borough, a rate of 1-40 of a penny m the £. Te Aroha Borough, a rate of 1-40 of a penny m the £.
