NGATEA V. KOPUARAHI. | A scratch team from Ngatea journeyed to Kopuarahi on Saturday and played against Kopuarahi’s second eleven. The weather was flue, and the wicket was in good order. Ngatea won the toss, and batted first, making 29. Kopuarahi’s first innings produced 49. In the second innings Ngatea made 68, bringing their total to 97. Kopuaraki knocked up 59 in the second innings, and won by eleven runs. In both teams the bowlers were stronger than the batters, and both McConnell and Gill did the hat trick.
