CENTRAL THEATRE PICTURES. TONIGHT. A SELF-MADE MAN. William Russell, the Fox star,, is to be seen to-night in “A Self-made Man.” Not only is it an excellent story in which are mingled fine comedv and dramatic incident, but his personal work is equally good in botn phases. The direction of the picture is above the average, the settings are particularly well done, and the cast well chcsen. The actress who plays the sweetheart in the story is Renee Adoree. Her portrayal is truly delightful. She is an ideal foil for the husky star. No one should neglect an opportunity to see “A Self-made Man.” It has some exciting scenes—among them a boxing match. There are also many deft touches of delightful comedy, and an absorbing love theme. The entire production reflects painstaking care. Also on the programme is a Sunshine comedy.
