THE TAURANGA SEAT. SIR JOSEPH’S ATTITUDE. Sir Joseph Ward has received strong assurances of support if he wil] consent to contest the Tauranga seat, and has promised his favourable consideration. Replying to a deputation of Liberals, Sir Joseph said he would be pleased once , again to place his services at the disposal of the electors. It is reported that Mr R. J. Eames (1.R.) and a Labour candidate will also contest the Tauranga scat.
