PERSONAL.
Professor Tennant, principal of the Wellington Training College, has been appointed tp the new Chair of Education at the Victoria University College. Miss Hilda Tierney has received notification that she has passed in the subject of “Education” at the recent University examinations. Miss Tierney, who is an ex-pupil of the Paeroa District High School, is at present or. the teaching staff of the Epsom Public School, Auckland.
