. Mr E. F. Adams, reporting on harbour proposals at Tuesday nights Thames Harbour Board meeting, said there had been a tremendous amount of criticism as tp the sand bar of the Waihpu River. As a matter of fact, however, the fathom line had not moved since Sir John Coode’s report .of 40 years ago.
